Google Program Manager III, Supply Chain, Quality Transformation Strategy in Atlanta, Georgia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • 5 years of experience in a systems design/development, hardware product design/development, or manufacturing environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels.

  • Ability to identify and implement processes, manage large, complex, strategic, and operational initiatives, shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customize communications based on the audience.

  • Excellent business acumen, investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive quality transformation strategies for large-scale initiatives, including cost reduction, deployment velocity, and first pass yields.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine quality improvement activities into program roadmaps.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of strategic initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Lead change management and advocate for its integration into quality transformation.
