Together, we won't stop! The Sponsorships team is chartered with bringing T-Mobile's Brand and Network story to life via best-in-class strategic partnerships. The Sponsorships Manager will partner with the sports marketing team to develop, implement, and measure business-driving sponsorship marketing strategies and activation plans. The Sponsorships Manager will work collaboratively with team members across core Sponsorship verticals and support national and local partnership marketing efforts, including but not limited to, Major League Baseball, Little League International, Las Vegas Grand Prix, PGA of America, New York Yankees, and more. The individual should have strong knowledge and experience operating in the field of national and local sponsorships, and a sound understanding of core marketing principles. The individual will partner with the sports team on landscape assessments, portfolio planning, implementation of go to market sponsorship strategies and activation plans, and support critical evolution of campaign performance evaluation, measurement, and reporting. The individual should have a consistent track record of working cross-functionally to build and complete integrated marketing plans that met or exceeded business goals and a consistent track record to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners. The individual will join a team of three and report to the Sr. Manager, Sponsorships. They will also work collaboratively with other vertical leads and team members within the Sponsorships team. Responsibilities Lead sponsorship landscape assessments and partner on portfolio evolution efforts Lead development and execution of consumer-facing experiential activation and retail programming around tentpole moments. This includes, PGA Men's Championship, KPMG Women's Championship, MLB All-Star Week, Las Vegas Grand Prix, SEC Championship, and more. Partner to develop and implement a data-informed sponsorship measurement process across Consumer Marketing and Business functions. Lead exploration and sports team implementation of AI productivity and marketing tools Support development and execution of cross-portfolio sponsorship marketing strategies and activation plans Lead DTD management of T-Mobile's sponsorship measurement vendor(s) Develop comprehensive presentations, briefs, and other relevant materials for cross-functional and executive needs Build and lead DTD relationships with properties, agencies, vendors, and key internal partners Lead activation budget pertaining to relevant initiatives Provide additional support across the Sponsorships team, as needed Qualifications 4-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g., brand marketing, sponsorship marketing, property, agency) General understanding of the wireless industry, 5G technology and how it's being maximised across partnerships General understanding of the sports industry - landscape, audiences, trends, etc. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to implement high-visibility marketing campaigns and activations Experience running complex projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management, resource management, organizational, and planning skills Track record of building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to attend sponsorship meetings and events, possibly including holidays and/or in exces
