About the Role:

The Salesforce CRM Developer is part of the global CRM systems team and is responsible for the design, development, and lead information technology (IT) solutions that meet the needs of our business with a focus on system integrations. You will partner closely with IT management and domain experts to develop innovative solutions that facilitate process improvements.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Configure and customize our Salesforce platform to meet the internal customer requirements

  • Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows

  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements

  • Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assists with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code

  • Testing (unit and systems), and debugging

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3+ years proven experience designing and developing effective and efficient technology solutions using Salesforce CRM application

  • Extensive experience implementing flows

  • Experience as Salesforce consultant or developer with strong knowledge of administration and configuration possibilities

  • Experience with Salesforce Development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.)

  • Ability to identify the risks related to new developments on the platform, and to identify their limits.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Salesforce certification(s) a plus

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00- $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
