Insight Global HRIS Manager in Brentwood, Tennessee

Job Description

*Must be willing to be located in Nashville, TN and be onsite for collaboration in person with the team a few days per week (2-3 hybrid)

*Eligible for benefits, PTO, 10% bonus target and $12,500 in annual RSU grants vesting over 3 years

*Eligible for relocation package

*Eligible for visa sponsorship

Skills and Requirements

Must be willing to be located in Nashville, TN and be onsite for collaboration in person with the team a few days per week (2-3 hybrid)

Must be eager and a leader who can quickly adapt to new evironments and teams

Extreme attention to detail and excellent communication with cross-functional teams for collaboration

Experience managing, implementing, and supporting large HRIS systems such as SAP, Success Factors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Reflexis and Kronos

IT management experience leading a team and integration

Experience in overseeing configuration, development, upgrades, and implementation of software

Strong knowledge of Human Resources business processes such as payroll, processing, workforce management, leave, performance management, recruitment

Experience working in scrum, agile teams through SDLC null
