HealthFitness is looking for a full-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team at the Delhi Athletic Club in Cincinnati, OH.

Membership Sales Representative, Cincinnati, OH

Help launch the new facility and grow the community!

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for the community and members at the Delhi Athletic Club. You must have great sales, marketing and communication skills and be engaging with our membership base. You'll also provide assistance and service to clients by answering requests and processing/providing information on membership accounts. Hourly pay plus structured commission & bonus plan, 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

  • Initiating and selling memberships in a consultative manner.

  • Conducting tours of the facility and assisting members with account changes.

  • Promoting and attending club social events. Serving as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members.

  • Providing exceptional customer service via face-to-face service and phone, text, and email communication.

  • Participating in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.

  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1+ years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Highly motivated and passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.

  • Skills to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.

  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems and basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).

  • CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.
