Job Summary

Prepares, researches, and analyzes workforce productivity and benchmarking information to support the department. Occasional work outside normal business hours to complete projects is required.

Essential Functions

• Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Provides guidance on business issues including financial and productivity analysis. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.

• Works with varying data sources to ensure that accurate and current data is available in productivity-based tools.

• Serves as a consultant to assigned areas of the organization to support the financial goals and objectives of Corewell Health.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, finance, business administration, economics, statistics or related field

• 3 years of relevant experience Finance, accounting or related work

Preferred

• Master's Degree Business or finance

• Formal or informal leadership experience
