Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent required
Work Experiences:
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
Previous FP&A or Corporate Finance experience preferred
Retail/e-commerce experience a plus
Skills:
Ability to partner effectively with all lines of business internally and interface with clients and vendors
Strategic thinker who can also understand tactical delivery of analysis as needed
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Ability to formulate, initiate, administer policies and procedures for effective fiscal control
Can handle a high degree of complexity and translate to simplification
Hard-working and results-oriented
Analytical and process-improvement oriented
Ability to apply numerical and analytical skills to support ideas and portfolio performance
Ability and proven skill in developing and applying complex models to measure risk.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to establish strong relationships with, your team, peers and senior management.
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced team environment, deliver under considerable time pressure and ability to embrace constructive feedback.
Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities:
Analyze and support annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for financial and internal planning partners, including examining wide sources of data and translating it into meaningful and useful insights for internal business partners
Act as finance support lead for internal business partners
Produce the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly executive reporting including but not limited to monthly performance reporting, corporate goals reporting and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Produce benchmarking and KPI data for business leaders
Interact regularly with senior management teams to help them define and enable business strategies. Respond the requests, asking the right questions to determine what data is really needed
As key member of strategic initiatives, responsible for providing financial support related to feasibility analysis, ROI, business case development, and ensuring soundness of process used to derive financial results from projects
Evaluate actual vs. planned/historical performance for both opex and capex
Identify and drive process improvements
Take part in the evaluation of impairment reviews
