Description Join our team assisting Audi customers with their service needs. Audi is a respected brand of automobile. Job Duties Include: - Initiating services by listening to the customer’s description of their vehicles issues/symptoms while clarifying descriptions - Conducting inspections and taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules; verifying service contract and warranty coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records - Calculating customer payments, including deductibles and obtaining necessary signatures and entering repair orders (RO’s) into service databases - Updating job knowledge by participating in training and keeping abreast of manufacturers’ publications - Enhancing the group’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Requirements - At least (2) years of experience in a service advisor role is ideal, preferably in a dealership setting with previous customer service experience - Valid, insurable driver’s license and ability to pass a background check - Experience or certification with specific manufacturer is a bonus - Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude Additional Information This position offers an excellent benefits package which includes paid time off and holidays, Cigna health insurance, Lincoln dental, vision and supplemental benefits like accident, hospital and life insurance, a 401(K) retirement plan with company matching, plus service and vehicle discounts!
