Universal Health Services Group Facilitator in LIBERTY HILL, Texas

Responsibilities

Make a Difference in the Lives of Adolescent Patients

As the Group Facilitator, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health group therapy sessions to adolescent patients within our residential units. Under the supervision of our Director of Clinical Services, you'll lead CBT and skill-based groups tailored to the unique needs of the group.

Your Impact:

  • Help adolescent patients develop essential skills to manage their mental health and achieve their goals

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support

  • Utilize our EMR system to track patient progress, document group notes, and support individualized treatment plans

  • Foster open communication lines with our Director of Clinical Services, Program Managers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination

    Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • A passion for working with adolescent patients and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health services

  • Experience with evidence-based group therapy approaches, such as CBT and skill-based groups

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
