Description:

• Performs preventive maintenance work on HVAC equipment in accordance with the correct procedures and recommends changes in existing equipment and conditions for better operating efficiency

• Installs new air conditioning units and systems, connecting the systems to required services and testing for proper operation.

• Installs, calibrates, and maintains manual, automatic pneumatic and electronic controls on all HVAC equipment. Obtains assistance when necessary on complicated electronics or pneumatic controls.

• MUST have BMS experience

Experience

Four (4) to six (6) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

Five (5) years of health care HVAC field work, preferred

License/Certifications

CDL California Driver’s License

HVACEPAU – EPA Type 608 Universal Certification required
