Requirements:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

CPR certification and any other relevant certifications required by state regulations

Strong clinical skills, with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred

Shift:

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Option for either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts with flexibility

Openings:

8 to 10 openings available

Locations include Gilbert/Mesa, Glendale, Maricopa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale (Shea Blvd), Sun Lakes, Surprise, and Tempe (University Dr.)

Salary/Benefits/Perks:

Salaried position with full benefit package

Medical-related benefits start at 30 days, PTO starts at 90 days

No shift differential or overtime

Day-to-Day:

See 11-12 patients per day, with 2 patients per hour

Evaluations scheduled for 40 minutes, non-evaluations for 20-minute blocks

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
