Job Description
Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality, direct patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.
Qualifications
Required High School Diploma or equivalent
Michigan State Nursing Assistant Certification Required within 120 Days
Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC within 90 Days
Driver's License Required (for Hospice)
