Munson Healthcare Student Journey Specialist in Traverse City, Michigan
Job Summary
Leads the strategic development and execution of all system wide Munson Healthcare student related partnerships/journeys/initiatives. Establishes the strategic roadmap for increasing the student pipeline year over year, including establishing key priorities and timelines and outcomes. Examples of key workstreams include but are not limited to: Apprenticeship Programs - ensures compliance with payroll practices and process standardization, Student journey initiative with TCAPs, career tech center and local colleges (from elementary school through college/hiring), Job Shadows, LPN programs, Early Hire program, Clinical Placements (Acemapp)

What’s Required:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field required.
A minimum of 1 year experience with students and schools
