Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual for a General Laborer position. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, primarily focusing on moving tires, loading and unloading trucks, and handling pallets. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Moving Tires: Move tires within the warehouse. Organize tires efficiently to maximize storage space and accessibility.

2. Loading and Unloading Trucks: Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that tires and other materials are properly secured and handled with care. Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage to goods.

3. Handling Pallets: Stack, unstack, and rearrange pallets as needed to maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment. Inspect pallets for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.

4. General Warehouse Duties: Perform additional tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general maintenance to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tires, up to 50 pounds.

• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

• Excellent physical stamina and the willingness to work in various weather conditions.

• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends.

• Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a positive work environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures as required.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
