Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Support all aircraft furniture dissembling activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works from work orders, specifications, blueprints, oral and written instructions to disassemble and when necessary re-assemble standard production and customized aircraft furniture prior to, during and post finish process under some guidance.

  • Properly mask standard parts for sand and paint.

  • Use of hand and power tools.

  • Label all items for re-assembly and traceability.

  • Responsible for own work.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • High school education or equivalent required.

  • Textron Aviation’s blueprint reading course preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 6 months assembly and/or disassembly experience required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Somewhat disagreeable working conditions with exposure to dust, noise, heat, fumes, and liquids. Safety shoes and protective clothing could be required.

This role is eligible for a $4,000 (pre-tax) sign-on bonus. Terms & conditions apply. The Company reserves the right to amend or suspend this program at any time.
